Supervision and performance management of staff **MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT** Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields No prior experience required. * **⁠ ⁠Execute maintenance instructions for our equipment through assigned personnel.** * **⁠ ⁠Identify and develop workplace improvement opportunities, establishing action plans for implementation.** * **⁠ ⁠Understand, evaluate, and provide information sources that facilitate resolution of technical issues, minimizing complaints from other departments.** * **⁠ ⁠Lead and monitor the performance of assigned personnel to support achievement of established objectives.** * **⁠ ⁠Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.** On-site work at our Lurín Workshop.
