We are **SAASA – Servicios Aeroportuarios Andinos**, currently seeking: **JUNIOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate or certified technician in Automotive Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge. * Driver’s license A1 or higher (desirable). * Welding knowledge (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts (48 hours per week) at the new Jorge Chavez Airport (Callao). ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Assist in executing preventive, corrective, predictive, and overhaul maintenance activities across various specialties—Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Structural, and Electronic—for GSE equipment nationwide. * Assist in executing maintenance work orders for Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Structural specialties as scheduled. * Provide technical support for GSE equipment failures to ensure an appropriate response time, minimizing impact on equipment availability. * Report all activities performed for each work order and conduct daily equipment inspections; immediately report any symptoms that may jeopardize proper equipment operation. * Request and retrieve required materials from the warehouse to execute preventive, corrective, overhaul, and predictive maintenance work orders. ***BENEFITS:*** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * Life insurance coverage from day one. * EPS health insurance covered at 80% by the company (optional). * Biweekly payments. * Corporate and educational discounts. * Professional growth opportunities.
