At **Alupar Perú**, we are a leading multinational company engaged in the development and construction of power transmission line projects. We are currently seeking a **Junior SST Engineer**. **Project:** *\- "SET Maravilla 138/22.9/10 kV – 25 MVA and associated transmission lines."* **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **General Experience** * Minimum three (03\) years of professional experience in safety supervision for infrastructure projects (energy, mining, roads, linear works, or similar projects). * Preferred experience in safety supervision for transmission line and substation projects; critical activities (electrical hazards, work at height, excavations, load lifting); contingency planning and incident investigation, etc. * Experience coordinating with contractors, authorities, and local stakeholders. * Knowledge of electrical sector safety regulations is desirable. * Familiarity with ISO 45001 standard. * **Willingness to reside near Juliaca District, Puno, and perform fieldwork regularly.** **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Full EPS health insurance coverage (for employee and dependents) * Per diems Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per hour Application Questions: * What is your gross salary expectation and your availability to start work? * What is your academic major and degree? * Where do you currently reside?
