Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and passionate Pastry Chef for the preparation and decoration of pastry products, maintaining order and quality throughout production. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on order, cleanliness, and product quality We are currently looking for a **Pastry Chef** who is committed, organized, and passionate about baking to join our production team. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and execution of base recipes: cookies, empanadas, cakes, brownies, and other pastry products. * Basic cake and dessert decoration. * Maintaining constant order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area and utensils. * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene regulations. * Assisting in daily inventory control and verification of raw materials and finished products. * Proper storage and preservation of raw materials. * Quality and final presentation verification of products. * Participation in inventory counts and reporting of missing or soon-to-expire supplies. * Coordinated work with the production team and area supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Pastry Chef. * Studies in Gastronomy or Pastry (incomplete, completed, or empirical). * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence in nearby areas. * Valid health certificate. Schedule: **Monday to Friday (rotating shifts every 15 days):** * 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Day off:** Sundays.
