Opportunity for growth within the organization. **JUNIOR PREPRESS DESIGNER – ATE (HORACIO ZEVALLOS)** An industrial company specializing in flexible packaging, currently undergoing growth and strengthening its design department, is looking for a Junior Prepress Designer to join its team. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the preparation and adaptation of files for flexographic printing. * Review and adjust final artwork according to production technical specifications. * Coordinate with the commercial department to ensure accurate execution of designs. * Verify basic aspects such as color, halftones, and registration in accordance with established standards. * Provide support in optimizing designs to reduce waste and rework. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design or Industrial Design. * Basic experience or internships in graphic design or prepress (preferred). * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Basic knowledge of flexographic printing (preferred). * Proactive, organized profile with a strong orientation toward teamwork. **Working Conditions** * Work location: Ate – Horacio Zevallos. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime. **Offered** * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for growth within the organization.
