Maintenance of up-to-date documentation and official templates. **Job Description****Role Objective** The primary objective of the Junior Presales role is to develop economic-financial evaluations of opportunities (T013) and facilitate coordination among involved departments (Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, People, and Quality) to ensure that technical and financial information is complete, clear, and aligned with client requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop economic-financial evaluations of opportunities: Complete the deliverable with costs, margins, and conditions, following Inetum’s internal guidelines. * Facilitate internal coordination: Act as the liaison between technical and support departments to gather required information and meet delivery deadlines. * Review requirements: Support reading RFPs, TDRs, and other documents to identify client needs and their impact on the economic-financial evaluation. * Maintain up-to-date documentation: Use and update Inetum’s official templates for economic-financial evaluations and other presales documents. * Support financial analysis: Perform preliminary cost estimations and projections for service models included in the economic-financial evaluation. **Profile** * Education: Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: 1–2 years in roles related to budgeting, costing, or project support. Internships or traineeships in IT or finance are valued. * Basic financial knowledge: Cost calculation, budgeting, and margin analysis for IT projects. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. * Organization and attention to detail: Ability to work with numerical data and document information in an orderly manner. * Effective communication: Ability to coordinate across departments and clearly explain economic-financial evaluation information. * Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and adapt within a multidisciplinary environment. * Fast learning: Interest in developing technical and financial expertise. **About Inetum** We are **Inetum**, an agile services company delivering digital solutions and a global group of technologists supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey by maximizing the digital flow.
