Excellent working environment We are looking for a creative architect with expertise in visual representation to join the development of **Amazon City**, a large-scale urban project inspired by nature, jungle culture, and immersive experiences. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting plans, schematic zoning, layout distribution, preliminary designs, planimetry, and general details. Mandatory. * Experience in developing municipal and construction files. Mandatory. * Ability to read discipline-specific drawings: electrical installations (IIEE), sanitary installations (IISS), mechanical installations (IIMM), and concrete structures (ACI). Mandatory. * Experience in municipal management and documentation. Mandatory. * Knowledge of the National Building Regulations (RNE) and construction regulations. (Mandatory) * Capability to **r\*ead and analyze urban development plans (PDU). Mandatory**.\* * Proficiency in 3D modeling using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit. * Familiarity with rendering engines such as Enscape, D5, V\-Ray, or Corona Render. Desirable. * Basic knowledge of urban design and landscape architecture. * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for preparing technical documents.
