Support in analysis, rate management, and strategic pricing execution. At Wynwood House, we are looking for a **JUNIOR REVENUE ASSISTANT** with an interest in pricing data analysis. You will play a key role in optimizing revenue, managing inventory, and supporting the commercial strategy with accurate and timely information. Requirements \- Economics students. \- Intermediate English (conversational). \- Availability to work hybrid in Barranco. \- Prior experience in pricing data analysis (desirable). \- Intermediate Excel and Power BI. Responsibilities: \- Support in inventory and rate analysis and management, identifying occupancy opportunities, adjusting ADR and availability to maximize revenue. \- Support in strategic pricing and revenue execution, considering demand, seasonality, and events to ensure competitiveness and profitability. \- Support in generating reports and key KPIs, presenting relevant information for decision-making and commercial performance optimization.
