Requirements: \- Labor Legislation: Expertise in Peruvian labor regulations (subsidies and welfare). \- Insurance: Proficiency in EPS, SCTR, and Life Insurance under Law. \- Management: Monitoring of absenteeism and operational staff indicators. \- Excel: Intermediate level.
