Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior SSOMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and food safety regulations at a food concessionaire. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with SSOMA and food safety standards in food operations. 2. Supervise safety, hygiene, and food handling. 3. Manage SSOMA documentation and indicator reporting. We are looking for a Junior SSOMA Supervisor for our food concessionaire. The purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Food Safety standards across all operational areas. The ideal candidate must have training in OSH or related fields, knowledge of GHP, JSA, and safety regulations, as well as experience supervising in the food industry. Job Objective Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SOHE) standards and procedures in the food concessionaire’s operations, guaranteeing safe working conditions, operational food safety, and adherence to legal and customer requirements. 2\. Main Responsibilities · Safety and Occupational Health · Daily supervision of proper use of PPE by operational staff. · Conduct safety inspections in kitchens, storage areas, dining rooms, cold rooms, and dispatch areas. · Verify compliance with JSA and safe operating procedures. · Report unsafe acts and conditions, proposing corrective actions. · Support investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses. · Train staff on basic SOHE topics and good operational practices. · Monitor validity of occupational medical examinations. · Environment · Verify correct segregation of solid waste per current regulations. · Supervise proper storage of chemicals and their SDS. · Monitor responsible consumption of resources (water, energy). · Food Safety and Good Handling Practices (GHP) · Supervise order, hygiene, and food handling. · Verify storage temperatures, equipment cleaning, and pest control. · Ensure compliance with SOPs and GHP across all areas. · Documentation Management · Maintain up-to-date SSOMA records (inductions, trainings, inspections, work permits). · Prepare weekly and monthly SSOMA indicator reports. · Support internal and external audits conducted by clients or authorities. 3\. Academic Qualifications * Technical or university graduate in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related fields. * Courses or certifications in Occupational Safety and Health, Food Handling / GHP, JSA, ATS, first aid (preferred). 5\. Experience * 1–2 years in similar roles within food concessionaires, food manufacturing industries, catering services, or related sectors. * Experience supervising staff (preferred). 6\. Technical Knowledge \- Basic OSH legislation (Law No. 29783 and applicable regulations). \- JSA, ATS, and work permits. \- GHP and SOPs. \- Solid waste management and basic environmental regulations. \- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office.
