Opportunity for growth within the technical department A leading company in the swimming pool industry is looking for a **Junior Swimming Pool Technician** to join its Technical Service and Maintenance department. This opportunity is aimed at technical graduates or individuals with limited experience who wish to learn and develop in the fields of swimming pools, equipment maintenance, hydraulic installations, electrical installations, electrical panels, pipe laying, equipment configuration, and field technical services. (Graduates from SENATI or technical programs). We seek a responsible, punctual, communicative individual with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional development within a specialized company. **Salary:** S/ 1,300.00 to S/ 1,800.00 monthly, depending on evaluation and performance. **Position Type:** Full-time, permanent. **Work Modality:** In-person. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Work Location:** Salamanca / Ate area and field services as scheduled. **Job Objective:** Support the execution of swimming pool technical services, progressively learning to perform diagnostics, maintenance, installations, configurations, and equipment testing under supervision by senior technical staff and department leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in diagnosing issues in swimming pools, equipment, and associated systems. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of swimming pool equipment. * Support installation and configuration of pumps, filters, water treatment systems, and related equipment. * Participate in installation of electrical panels, basic connections, and functionality verification. * Support pipe laying, hydraulic connections, and field installation work. * Inspect materials, tools, and equipment before each service. * Support functional testing of equipment received for maintenance. * Maintain assigned materials, tools, and resources organized and protected. * Assist in preparing technical reports and service documentation. * Promptly report progress, incidents, or needs identified during work. * Maintain appropriate personal appearance, correct uniform usage, and respectful customer interaction. * Support basic inspection of the assigned vehicle and report any incidents. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical graduate or final-cycle student in Electromechanics, Electricity, Hydraulics, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, hand tools, or electromechanical equipment. * Basic proficiency with hand and electric tools. * Ability to follow technical instructions and learn fieldwork procedures. * Good communication skills to report progress and incidents. * Valid Class A1 driver's license, mandatory. * Valid national ID (DNI). * Availability to perform field services. * Willingness to provide a police background clearance certificate in the final stage of the hiring process. **Desirable Requirements:** * Minimum experience or internships in maintenance, installations, electricity, hydraulics, pumps, motors, or similar equipment. * Basic ability to read diagrams, technical manuals, or simple blueprints. * Prior experience or interest in swimming pool equipment is desirable. * Residency near Salamanca, Ate, San Luis, San Borja, Santa Anita, or adjacent areas. **Personal Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Honesty and organization. * Clear communication. * Teamwork. * Customer orientation. * Problem-solving ability with support and supervision. * Commitment to technical career development. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll with statutory benefits. * Half CTS and half bonus payment. * Salary commensurate with evaluation and technical potential. * On-the-job training. * Learning opportunities in swimming pool equipment maintenance and installation. * Pleasant work environment. * Opportunity for growth within the technical department.
