We seek a proactive individual oriented toward learning and committed to service. Main Responsibilities: * Equipment diagnosis and repair as part of after-sales service. * Preventive equipment maintenance (cleaning, adjustment, and inspection). * Customer training on product usage and handling. * Preparation of technical reports and video tutorials. * Inventory control of demonstration equipment and supporting documentation. * Internal technical support regarding product specifications. Requirements: * Graduate or current student in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of electronic equipment repair. * Basic Office software proficiency. * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable. * Organizational skills, ability to work in teams, and results-oriented mindset.
