Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and methodical Warehouse Manager to lead the implementation and control of our central and site warehouses, with experience in stock control and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and control of warehouses, including central and site warehouses. 2. Supervise inventory movements and lead physical inventory counts. 3. Implement and maintain stock control with digital management. At **Qata**, we are looking for a proactive and methodical **Warehouse Manager** to lead the implementation and control of our central and site warehouses. We seek someone with technical experience in stock control and strong organizational skills. **What will be your challenges?** * **Implementation:** Organize and maintain the central warehouse according to standards of order and efficiency. * **Stock Control:** Supervise inventory movements both in the central warehouse and across various construction sites. * **Inventory Counts:** Lead physical inventory counts (biweekly at sites and monthly at the central warehouse). * **Digital Management:** Implement and maintain stock control using Excel and the S10 system\. * **Logistics:** Apply the **FIFO** dispatch system and ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (**GSP**). * **Indicators:** Manage automatic replenishment of recurring materials and Kardex control. **Essential Requirements** * **Experience:** Implementation of physical warehouses, preferably in the construction sector or project-based environments. * **Software:** \* **Advanced Excel:** For indicators and replenishment management. * **S10:** Proficiency in the **Warehouses** module (Mandatory).
