Pleasant working environment A prestigious Japanese restaurant chain, specializing in maki rolls, is seeking a **Kitchen/Production Assistant** for its locations in Jesús María. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cleaning and organizing work areas * Mise en place for opening shift * Thawing products according to demand * Preparing fried items for bar mise en place * Checking the quality of sauces before opening and shift changes * Recording ingredients used for staff meals * Properly labeling products in the area * Implementing cold chain procedures (freezing and thawing) * General kitchen area cleaning * Reporting daily losses at the end of the day, reporting weight to the Store Manager * Complying with all hygiene and sanitation standards * Caring for and maintaining equipment and utensils in good condition * Conducting daily inventory count at the end of the shift * Recording daily OP (Operating Procedure) for processing in the system by the Store Manager * Correct use of FIFO (First In, First Out) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience (not mandatory) * Availability to work rotating shifts (opening and closing) * Knowledge of stir-frying, chaufa, and frying * Residence in nearby areas **BENEFITS:** * Meals provided * Extensive development opportunities * Lunch or dinner during shifts * Brand discounts * Pleasant working environment * Bi-weekly payments **Join this experience!** Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
