Brand discounts A prestigious Japanese restaurant chain specializing in Makis is seeking a **Kitchen/Production Assistant** for its locations in Jesús María. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cleaning and organizing work areas * Mise en place for opening shift * Thawing products according to demand * Preparing fried items for bar mise en place * Checking the condition of sauces before opening and shift changes * Recording ingredients used for staff meals * Properly labeling products in the area * Implementing cold chain procedures (freezing and thawing) * General kitchen area cleaning * Reporting daily wastage to the Store Administrator, including weight details * Complying with all hygiene and sanitation standards * Maintaining and caring for equipment and utensils in the area * Conducting daily count at the end of shift * Recording daily OP for processing in the system by the Store Administrator * Correct use of FIFO **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience (not mandatory) * Availability to work rotating shifts (opening and closing) * Knowledge of stir-frying, chaufa, and frying * Residence in nearby areas **BENEFITS:** * Meals provided * Extensive professional development opportunities * Lunch or dinner during shift * Brand discounts * Pleasant working environment * Bi-weekly payments **Join this experience!** Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
