We seek a **Technical Leader** with solid experience in software development, team leadership, and design of scalable technological solutions. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **8 years** of experience in software development. * Minimum **3 years** serving as a **Technical Leader**. * Experience leading development teams of **at least 5 professionals** with direct reporting. * Experience participating in projects using agile methodologies. **Technical Knowledge (Mandatory)** * Development with **C\# (.NET)**. * Development with **Python**. * Frontend development with **React**. * Development with **Angular**. * Administration and development on **Microsoft SQL Server** (required). * Knowledge of **transactional and non-transactional databases**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Azure** services. * Proficiency in **Git / GitLab**. * Knowledge and application of **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Knowledge of **software quality assurance and control techniques**. * Proficiency in **software architecture**, design patterns, and best development practices. **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications in agile methodologies or software development. * Experience implementing modern architectures based on microservices. * Experience integrating APIs and cloud-based services. **Competencies** * Leadership and team development. * Effective communication. * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Decision-making ability. * Results orientation. * Collaborative work. * Proactivity and problem-solving. **Work Mode and Benefits** * Work Mode: *Hybrid* * Excellent working environment * Professional growth opportunities. **If you are passionate about leading teams and developing high-impact technological solutions, we look forward to your application!** Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
