Leading coordination with pre-analytical and post-analytical departments We are a growing healthcare company seeking talents who can contribute to the company's effectiveness through information analysis; therefore, we are looking for a: **Laboratory Technical Area Coordinator (Medical Technologist/Biologist)** **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Implement, monitor, and maintain laboratory certifications and accreditations 2\.\- Manage changes in the process system matrix. 3\.\- Monitor critical values 4\.\- Implement new tests, improve efficiency of low-volume tests, and manage outsourcing of tests 5\.\- Control and report operational requirements 6\.\- Supervise and report results of referral services and campaigns 7\.\- Supervise monthly inventories and ensure compliance 8\.\- Control attendance, overtime, campaigns, and reallocation of duties 10\.\- Evaluate performance of personnel under supervision 11\.\- Monitor and report results (Timeliness Indicator / Error Rate) 12\.\- Control and manage requirements for reagents, supplies, and materials (due on the 6th of each month) 13\.\- Schedule work shifts, vacations, and staff training plans 14\.\- Control and monitor the Laboratory’s internal control program per analyzer and test 15\.\- Control and manage the External and Inter-laboratory Quality Control Program according to schedule 16\.\- Control and manage equipment maintenance (analyzers and non-analytical equipment) 17\.\- Control and monitor Management and Quality indicators 18\.\- Manage SGC (Quality Management System) processes within the analytical area 19\.\- Lead coordination with pre-analytical, post-analytical, and support areas regarding analytical processes 20\.\- Perform other duties assigned by the Medical Directorate and Operations Management **Requirements:** * Degree holder, licensed, and registered with the professional association in Medical Technology, Biology, or related fields. (Degree is mandatory) * Minimum 5 years’ experience as an analytical area coordinator or supervisor. * Knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Healthcare Service Management. * Experience supervising medical and/or laboratory technical staff. **Employment Conditions and Benefits:** 1\. Formal employment under the general regime, with all statutory benefits. 2\. Base salary plus fixed and variable bonuses. 2\. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM. 3\. Willingness to work in Los Olivos and attend the administrative office in Magdalena, including visits to various locations across Lima as required. 4\. Continuous training. 5\.
