Job Summary: Technician responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and adjusting hydraulic power system components, including precision machining, repair, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Precision machining of hydraulic power system components 2. Repair and restoration of worn parts and manufacturing of spare parts 3. Interpretation of technical drawings and quality control using instruments Technician responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and adjusting hydraulic power system components (cylinders, pistons, rods, and valves). Main Responsibilities * **Precision Machining:** Turning of rods, cylinder sleeves, and end caps according to technical drawings. * **Repair and Restoration:** Grinding of worn parts and manufacturing of obsolete spare parts no longer available on the market. * **Technical Interpretation:** Reading of assembly drawings and hydraulic schematics. * **Quality Control:** Use of measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers) to ensure minimum tolerances. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Diagnosing faults in components brought into the workshop.
