Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Leader to plan, coordinate, and supervise operational activities, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with procedures in architecture and engineering. Ensuring compliance with procedures for receiving and dispatching **Job Description** A growing company in the architecture and engineering sector is looking for a **Warehouse Leader** who meets the following profile: **Education:** * Bachelor's degree, Technical Diploma, Technologist Degree, or Professional Degree in Administrative fields or related disciplines. **Training:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), * 50-hour Occupational Safety and Health training course. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience managing inventories, custody, and warehousing of general materials and tools. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break). Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operational activities. * Control and record incoming, internal transfer, and outgoing movements of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and products. * Verify correct coding, identification, classification, and organization of goods. * Supervise and monitor inventory levels, coordinating and conducting periodic physical and documentary inventories. Both supplies and fixed assets inventories must be submitted quarterly. * Maintain up-to-date warehouse registration and control systems. * Prepare reports and summaries on inventory movements and stock levels as required. * Monitor and track requisitions for equipment, materials, tools, and supplies. * Safeguard and archive invoices, delivery notes, delivery orders, and other departmental documentation. * Ensure that receiving and dispatching activities comply with established procedures and regulations. * Represent the department during internal and external audits, as well as before competent authorities. * Promptly report inconsistencies or non-compliance issues to management. * Perform other duties assigned by management consistent with the nature of the position.
