Job stability and growth opportunities We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to ensure the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, supplies, and equipment required for the operation of premium buildings and condominiums in Lima. **What You Will Do:** * Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise and materials * Monitor stock levels, inventories, and product turnover in the warehouse * Prepare and dispatch orders for maintenance and operations * Maintain an organized, clean warehouse with clear labeling * Record all incoming and outgoing items in the system or control tools * Conduct periodic inventories and report discrepancies * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments (maintenance, security) * Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards **Requirements:** * Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles * Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems * Knowledge of stock control and procurement management (preferred) * Availability to work on-site at the warehouse (Lima) * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented **We Offer:** * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Professional work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
