In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Daily monitoring of electronic Kardex records for chemical supplies, consumables, PPE, and maintenance spare parts. * Establish warehouse nomenclature according to the types of materials stored. * Ensure chemical supply storage complies with compatibility requirements specified in MSDS and confirm availability; review and coordinate with the Safety Supervisor. * Monitor maximum and minimum stock levels for each material based on available warehouse space and ensure physical inventory accuracy. * Submit material requisitions and track their approval process using SAP. * Maintain an updated materials list with corresponding SAP codes. * Receive laboratory materials, reagents, and consumables, confirming receipt by signing the delivery note or reservation voucher per AAQ procedures. * Archive delivery notes or reservation vouchers physically and electronically to guarantee their availability. * Generate alerts when material stock reaches minimum thresholds that may impact laboratory operations. * Comply with environmental, safety, and quality policies. * Ensure availability of purity analysis certificates for each stored reagent/standard. * Ensure appropriate storage of reagents, materials, and spare parts according to established standards. * Report monthly consumption, movements, and stock levels of reagents, materials, and spare parts. * Report any deviations arising during job performance that could affect safety, environment, quality, or stored material stock. * Understand and comply with the laboratory management system (NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025\) related to material and warehouse management. * Identify any deviations from the laboratory management system and immediately report them to supervision for recording. * Manage fuel vouchers for vehicles. * Maintain orderly and clean storage areas for materials and reagents. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Work schedule: 5\*2\. **Requirements** * **Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer, Computer Systems Engineer, or related degree.** * **Desirable knowledge of macros and/or Visual Basic.** * **Knowledge of Kardex control.** * **Experience in warehouse control.** * **Basic knowledge of SAP.** * **Ability to interpret MSDS.** * **Knowledge of IQBF and SUNAT reporting.** * **Driver’s license A1 (desirable).** **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate agreements.
