Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed medical surgeon with expertise in Occupational Health to manage worker health, including diagnostics, workplace inspections, annual plans, Medical-Occupational Examinations (MOEs), and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Occupational Health and the Occupational Health Management System 2. Design, implement, and evaluate the Annual Occupational Health Plan 3. Conduct medical follow-ups, handle emergencies, and deliver training **Requirements** * Licensed medical surgeon. * Valid professional license. * Diploma, specialization, or courses in **Occupational Health** (preferred). * Knowledge of current Peruvian regulations on **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)**. * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Google Drive, report writing) **Main Functions** * Conduct baseline diagnostics of the Occupational Health Management System. * Perform monthly workplace inspections. * Design, implement, and evaluate the Annual Occupational Health Plan. * Schedule, supervise, and communicate the status of Medical-Occupational Examinations (MOEs). * Provide medical follow-up for employees with abnormal results or extended leave. * Respond to and advise on urgent and emergency situations. * Deliver occupational health prevention training and campaigns. * Prepare monthly reports for the Safety Department. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: Starting from S/.3,000.00 per month Scheduled Hours: 18 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
