Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Grilled Chicken Chef to prepare and cook grilled chicken, prepare broths and soups, and ensure workplace hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts A prominent company in the gastronomy sector is seeking a GRILLED CHICKEN CHEF. Location: San Juan de Miraflores. Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a grilled chicken chef. * Proven knowledge of preparing broths and soups. * Mastery of seasoning, marinating, and cooking techniques. * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Prepare, season, and cook grilled chicken, ensuring precise doneness and flavor. * Prepare traditional broths and soups (e.g., hen broth, criolla soup, etc.). * Operate ovens, grills, and kitchen equipment correctly. * Control portion sizes, ingredients, and preparation times. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Support proper food rotation and storage. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure fast and efficient service. SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts Monday through Sunday, with 1 day off per week SALARY: PEN 1600 per month + PEN 200 mobility bonus BENEFITS: Timely monthly payments. Payments via honorarium receipt.
