Ability to efficiently solve technical problems **Job Objective** Ensure the good condition and proper operation of the company’s facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance in general services, guaranteeing safe and operational environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on the company’s facilities. * Carry out **basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work**. * Inspect and repair **basic electrical systems, lighting fixtures, outlets, and distribution panels**. * Address incidents related to **infrastructure and general services**. * Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities. * Report failures or maintenance needs to the relevant department. **Requirements** * Technician graduate or studying in **Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years’ experience in maintenance and general services**. * Knowledge of **basic electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs**. * Ability to efficiently solve technical problems. * Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented. **We Offer** * Starting SALARY of S/.1,800 to S/.2,100. * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training. * Biweekly and timely payments.
