Ability to efficiently solve technical problems **Job Objective** Ensure the good condition and proper functioning of company facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance in general services, guaranteeing safe and operational environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on company facilities. * Carry out tasks in **basic electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting**. * Inspect and repair **electrical systems, lighting fixtures, outlets, and basic distribution panels**. * Address incidents related to **infrastructure and general services**. * Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities. * Report failures or maintenance needs to the relevant department. **Requirements** * Technical graduate or studying in **Electricity, Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum **1–2 years of experience in maintenance and general services**. * Knowledge of **basic electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs**. * Ability to efficiently solve technical problems. * Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented. **We Offer** * Starting SALARY of 1800 to 2100\. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training. * Bi-weekly and timely payments.
