Ensure the proper functioning and operational readiness of all store equipment and infrastructure, guaranteeing timely execution of maintenance activities and compliance with safety standards. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Support the supervision and timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the store. * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of external maintenance services, such as cleaning, pest control, air conditioning, elevators, freight lifts, painting, and electrical equipment. * Monitor the condition of infrastructure and equipment, promptly reporting incidents requiring attention or decision-making. * Carry out assigned maintenance tasks under supervision, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations by both internal staff and contractors. * Track supplier and contractor work to guarantee service quality and timeliness. * Contribute to maintaining facilities in optimal condition to ensure uninterrupted operations. Who are we looking for? * Completed or graduating Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the retail sector. * Technical knowledge in electricity, HVAC systems, water pumps, generators, fire protection systems (FPS), and plumbing. * Service orientation, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in teams. * Availability for on-site work.
