Focus on teamwork and attention to detail. **Servicios Generales Armane EIRL** is seeking a **Maintenance Assistant / Multiskilled Technician**, targeting responsible, proactive individuals with a service-oriented mindset who wish to contribute to the proper functioning of our facilities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in industrial environments. * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Experience in plumbing / pipefitting. * Knowledge of masonry, tiling, carpentry, and painting. * Proficiency in using hand tools and work equipment. * Experience in similar positions (desirable). * Multiskilled technician or multi-trade profile. * Adaptability and multifunctionality. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. * Teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Availability for on-site work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance tasks and infrastructure improvements. * Carry out minor repairs to facilities (walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and finishes). * Install and maintain sanitary systems (water supply, drainage, and faucets). * Identify and resolve leaks, seepage, and sanitary system failures. * Perform basic electrical work (lighting fixtures, outlets, distribution panels, and grounding). * Ensure maintenance and cleaning of equipment, areas, and infrastructure. * Support material preparation (cutting, assembly, and conditioning). * Perform arc welding tasks and provide support for TIG welding. * Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing work. * Provide comprehensive multiskilled technician support across various operational activities. * Manage and safeguard assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Prepare basic material requisitions and inventories. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safe working conditions in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. * Report completed work through written reports and photographic evidence.
