Efficient handling of fault or defect reports We are looking for a committed, proactive, and service-oriented **Maintenance Technician** to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and deliver a comfortable and safe experience to our guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems, equipment, and hotel furniture. * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure the good condition of guest rooms, common areas, and operational systems. * Respond promptly and efficiently to fault or defect reports. * Comply with current safety protocols and technical regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels or service-sector companies. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance. * Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on rapid and effective solutions. * Immediate availability * Residency in Urubamba or nearby areas (preferred).
