MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR GENERAL SERVICES – EDUCATION SECTOR

Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance or General Services Supervisor to manage comprehensive infrastructure maintenance and coordinate personnel at an educational institution. Key Highlights: 1. Manages comprehensive infrastructure maintenance and coordinates personnel. 2. Prepares and updates technical drawings and manages files. 3. Plans and monitors renovation and construction projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or professional in Industrial Maintenance, Building Construction, Architecture, or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions (Maintenance or General Services Supervisor / Coordinator). * Solid knowledge of: * Electrical systems (distribution panels, electrical networks) * Water supply and sewage networks * Water pumps and sanitary systems * AutoCAD proficiency: reading and preparing drawings. * Excel and Office suite proficiency. * Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance management. * Knowledge of INDECI regulations and technical file management. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, and resource management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff activities. * Manage comprehensive infrastructure maintenance: classrooms, offices, workshops, and common areas. * Prepare and update technical drawings in AutoCAD. * Manage and organize technical files for INDECI and regulatory authorities. * Supervise electrical, sanitary, and structural installations. * Plan and monitor renovation, expansion, and construction projects. * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Control resources, materials, and departmental budgets. * Prepare reports on infrastructure status. * Address internal maintenance requests. * Supervise safety and operational readiness of facilities during institutional events. * Manage service orders and validate completion and compliance of performed work. **BENEFITS** * Salary: Competitive with market standards. * Formal employment under the general regime, including all statutory benefits. * EPS health insurance covered 60% by the employer. * Available parking. * Location: La Molina, Lima (On-site) * Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Excellent career development opportunity within a renowned educational institution.
