Support for general infrastructure work **We are hiring!** **Maintenance Technician (General Services)** We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. Our clients include residential buildings and multi-family condominiums. Requirements: * Student or graduate of a technical program in **Electrical Engineering** or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of: * Electrical systems, panels, and auxiliary equipment. * Water pumps and constant pressure systems. * Identification and resolution of mechanical and electrical faults. * Pipes (PVC, HDPE), electrofusion and thermofusion work. * Infrastructure maintenance. * Leak detection and plumbing work. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults. * Carry out repair work on electrical and sanitary installations. * Support general infrastructure work.
