Job Summary: A technical professional trained in various maintenance disciplines, focused on ensuring the proper operation of infrastructure and equipment in a shopping center. Key Highlights: 1. A technical professional trained in **mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, or facility maintenance**, oriented toward guaranteeing the proper operation of the shopping center’s infrastructure and equipment. Possesses knowledge in supervising **preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and pumping systems**, as well as in operating electrical panels, generators, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems. Distinguished by **responsibility, proactivity, and ability to work in a team**, maintaining constant communication with the shopping center’s operational, security, and administrative departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute preventive and corrective supervision of shopping center equipment and installations. * Conduct daily inspections of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. * Respond to reports and incidents submitted by tenants or maintenance supervisors. * Support operational procedures (energization, testing, equipment monitoring, etc.). * Comply with occupational health and safety protocols during all tasks. * Record maintenance activities in established forms or systems. * Provide support during events or operational contingencies. **Competencies and Skills:** * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pumps, chillers, and electrical panels. * Ability to identify and resolve technical faults. * Teamwork and service orientation. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Compliance with industrial safety standards. **Required Education:** * Technical degree in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Facility Maintenance. * Certification in electrical work, HVAC, or industrial safety is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in maintenance of shopping centers, corporate buildings, hotels, or similar facilities.
