Position Summary: You will support the Manufacturing Department by developing, improving, and optimizing production processes, and assisting in the creation of flowcharts, procedures, data analysis, and reports. Opportunity to propose improvements to optimize operations. **Date:** Feb 3, 2026 **Location:** AREQUIPA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide support to the Manufacturing Department at the SIDSUR plant to develop, improve, and optimize production processes, assisting the production team in creating flowcharts, procedures, data analysis, report preparation, and monitoring technical variables as part of the SIGMA management system tools.**What will you do in your role?** * Prepare reports, analyze operational indicators and standards. * Conduct time studies to identify efficiencies at workstations. * Develop process diagrams to support control of various plant processes and serve as a basis for inventory management. * Collect information for various analyses related to SIGMA management tools (TPM, SMED, among others). * Monitor process variables across different production lines. * Perform mass and energy balances of processes as part of operational control and inventory management support. * Monitor compliance with established procedures in Raw Material Management. * Propose operational improvements to optimize processes. **What do we need from you?** Currently enrolled student in the 8th semester of Chemical Engineering, Food Industries, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Basic knowledge and experience with Power BI (preferred). Availability to work 30 hours per week. Resident of Arequipa. Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
