Responsibilities * Propose creative ideas and campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. * Create and plan social media content. * Participate in photoshoots and video recordings with models. * Record and edit Reels, TikToks, and Stories. * Use tools such as **CapCut, Canva, and Meta Business Suite**. * Possess knowledge of photography and video editing. * Analyze trends, competitors, and metrics to suggest improvements. * Support Meta Ads campaigns and sales-oriented strategies. * Present progress updates, results, and new proposals. We Are Looking For * Creativity and self-driven initiative. * Passion for **fashion and trends**. * Strong visual judgment and aesthetic sense. * Knowledge of digital marketing, photography, and editing. * Ability to work autonomously and goal-oriented. * Prior experience in marketing, fashion, or content creation. Work Mode and Conditions * **Freelance / Hybrid.** * **One day per week in the office** for progress presentations and coordination. * The rest of the work is performed remotely, with autonomy and without constant supervision. * Availability for photoshoots scheduled in advance. * **Salary: S/1,600 monthly**, negotiable based on experience and expertise.
