Job Summary: This role aims to ensure the strategic supply of materials and packaging for Alicorp and its subsidiaries, maintaining optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the supply of materials and packaging to all plants. 2. Prepare and send consumption forecasts to suppliers and lead follow-ups. 3. Monitor inventory levels at warehouses and suppliers using defined parameters. **Date:** Jan. 27, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure the short-, medium-, and long-term supply of packaging materials and inputs to all Alicorp plants and subsidiaries, in order to guarantee product availability—in terms of both quantity and timeliness—according to consumption requirements, as well as maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with operational efficiency.**What will you do in this role?** * Ensure material supply to all plants through dispatching, adjusting, and tracking delivery plans or purchase orders for materials. * Prepare and send consumption forecasts to local and international suppliers with a medium- and long-term planning horizon; lead follow-up meetings. * Determine and monitor required stock levels at warehouses and suppliers by updating and modifying logistical parameters for packaging and inputs in the system. **What do we need from you?** * Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * SAP proficiency is desirable. * Minimum two years of experience in similar logistics roles across different areas.
