Monitor stock levels at warehouses and suppliers. **Date:** 27 Jan. 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure short-, medium-, and long-term material supply of packaging and supplies to all Alicorp plants and subsidiaries, in order to guarantee product availability in required quantities and on time, according to consumption requirements; as well as maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with operational efficiencies. **What will you do in your role?** * Ensure material supply to all plants through dispatching, adjusting, and tracking delivery plans or purchase orders for materials. * Prepare and send consumption forecasts to local and imported suppliers with a medium- and long-term planning horizon. Lead follow-up meetings. * Determine and monitor stock levels to be maintained at warehouses and suppliers by updating and modifying logistical parameters for packaging and supplies in the system. **What do we need from you?** * Professionals holding degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * SAP proficiency is desirable. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles across various logistics areas.
