Job Summary: We are seeking a Trackless Mechanic to perform inspections, maintenance, and diagnostics of equipment at a mining unit. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure operational availability of equipment We are currently looking for a **Trackless Mechanic** to work at the Soledad Mining Unit. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Mechanics or Heavy Machinery Maintenance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mining operations. * Experience in maintenance of scoops, jumbos, light equipment, and heavy machinery. * Experience with Volvo FMX 500 and 540 dump trucks, backhoe loaders 420, excavators, and wheel loaders 966. * Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems, transmissions, internal combustion engines, and electrical systems. * Ability to read mechanical and hydraulic drawings. * Basic welding knowledge, desirable. * Availability to work under mining shift regime. **20 x 10 System.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform equipment inspections, lubrication, and maintenance at the start of each shift. * Carry out preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures. * Ensure operational availability of equipment. * Report critical failures to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Comply with safety standards, PETS, and IPERC. * Read and interpret technical manuals and catalogs. **BENEFITS** * Timely payments. * Food, accommodation, and transportation provided. * Full-time employment. * On-site work mode. * Work location: Soledad Mining Unit.
