As the NPC Access, Public Policy\& Medical Partner, you will lead the strategic direction of Access and Public Policy to reduce barriers and facilitate adoption of the Near Patient Care (NPC) portfolio in cardiometabolic diseases. You will serve as the primary scientific expert and medical leader for the NPC portfolio, generating and disseminating clinical evidence to key stakeholders across the Social Security System, Ministry of Health, and private insurers. **The Opportunity:** * Plan and execute the Access Plan for high-medical-value products, anticipating market trends and defining innovative value propositions. * Develop stakeholder mapping and patient pathways within target institutions to identify growth opportunities and clinical priorities. * Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), government authorities, and scientific societies to influence regulatory frameworks. * Implement health economics (HECON) tools and cost\-benefit models to position strategic products within national health entities. * Act as the "voice of the patient and healthcare professional" within the organization, ensuring clinical needs guide business strategies. * Lead Roche’s participation in regulatory institutions to shape policies related to medical devices and diagnostic tests. * Serve as the primary scientific expert for the NPC portfolio, disseminating evidence through publications and expert panels. * Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, strategy, and finance teams to uncover new opportunities and accelerate access processes. **Who You Are:** * You hold a university degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * You bring over 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in Access and Public Policy roles. * You possess advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written. * You demonstrate deep knowledge of the Peruvian healthcare system and its regulatory authorities. * You are characterized by strategic and systemic thinking, with the ability to inspire and influence through collaborative leadership. **Preferred:** * Additional studies or specialization in Health Economics and Public Policy. * Experience in "Near Patient Care" or cardiometabolic diseases (e.g., Diabetes, Obesity). * Proven track record in agile methodologies and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
