Key responsibilities include: * Verify calibration status, verification, and operational readiness of equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the laboratory and comply with laboratory safety regulations. * Prepare reagents and standards for testing. * Perform mechanical sample preparation (inventory, drying, crushing, homogenization, pulverization). * Execute metallurgical tests according to established procedures and instructions. * Carry out necessary quality controls during test execution. * Report data and information required for result evaluation in the designated records for each process. * Participate in the development of techniques or methods for implementation purposes. * Identify non-conformities or opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions specific to assigned activities. **Requirements** * Graduate of Technical or Bachelor’s programs in Metallurgy or Chemistry. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of mineral processing. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in sample handling and data recording. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays when required. * Physical capability to handle laboratory equipment and materials. * Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Ongoing training programs. * Corporate benefit agreements.
