Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates teams of motorized agents, manages order distribution, and improves operational processes to optimize productivity and service. Key Highlights: 1. Daily supervision of motorized agents. 2\. Coordination of order distribution and route assignment. 3\. Real-time tracking of customers and motorized agents. 4\. Verification of schedule adherence, attendance, and productivity of motorized agents. 5\. Resolution of operational incidents during the shift. 6\. Coordination with customers, warehouse, and other departments involved in operations. 7\. Identification of improvement opportunities in routes and distribution processes. 8\. Provision of feedback to the team and performance follow-up. 9\. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols. * **Requirements** 1\. 1–2 years of experience as a distribution supervisor or coordinator. 2\. Experience managing motorized personnel. 3\. Knowledge of routes and distribution in Metropolitan Lima. 4\. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. 5\. GPS tracking applications, delivery platforms, or logistics management systems experience is desirable. 6\. Ability to work under pressure and resolve incidents quickly. 7\.
