Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional with experience in the mass consumer or financial sector to promote credit products, assess credit applications, and manage collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Acquisition of new customers and promotion of credit products 2. Assessment of credit applications through field visits 3. Ongoing management of loan portfolio collections **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the mass consumer or financial sector. \- Completed secondary education, or incomplete/completed technical studies. \- Availability to perform fieldwork. \- Possession of a linear motorcycle (preferred). A discount of S/ 250 applies during the first 6 months; starting from month 7, a loan with interest is provided to settle the motorcycle debt. The motorcycle is purchased from Paneles, and upon full repayment of the loan, ownership is transferred to the employee. \- No criminal or police records. \- Normal credit rating in the financial system (preferred). For non-normal ratings, maximum indebtedness must not exceed S/ 10,000\. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Promote credit products to acquire new customers. \- Assess customer credit applications by conducting home and business visits to verify repayment capacity. \- Execute ongoing collection of loans within the assigned portfolio. \- Meet assigned performance targets. **WORK SCHEDULE:** \- On-site: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \- Remote: Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. \- On-site training: One Saturday per month, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Apply now and become part of our Santa Isabel family!
