This is your opportunity! At **H\-elarte**, we are looking for a **Customer Service and Preparation Multifunctional Associate** who is committed, agile, and service-oriented to join our team. Your role will be essential in delivering a warm experience to our customers and supporting the preparation of our products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously. * Take orders and guide customers on menu items. * Prepare beverages, desserts, and food following brand standards. * Verify proper presentation and quality of products before delivery. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support various areas of the establishment as needed for operational requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in gastronomy, customer service, or related fields are desirable). * Minimum **6 months of experience in customer service, cafés, restaurants, or fast-food establishments**. * Basic knowledge of POS systems (desirable). * Strong service attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * **Valid Sanitation Certificate.** **We Offer:** * Enrollment in **MYPE payroll**. * Positive work environment and learning opportunities. * Meals covered during your shift. * Opportunities for growth within the restaurant.
