Job Summary: Servicios Generales Armane EIRL is seeking a responsible and proactive Multiskilled Technician (Handyman) for general maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a responsible, proactive individual with a willingness to learn and contribute to general maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience, preferably in industrial plants or facilities. * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Experience in plumbing. * Knowledge of masonry, tiling, carpentry, and painting. * Proficiency in using tools and work equipment. * Experience in similar positions (desirable). * Multiskilled or handyman profile, capable of performing diverse functions. * Adaptability and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork. * Attention to detail and focus on work quality. * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, and facility/infrastructure improvement tasks. * Carry out minor repairs on structures (walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and finishes). * Install, maintain, and repair sanitary systems (water supply, drainage, and fixtures). * Identify and resolve leaks, seepage, and sanitary system failures. * Perform basic electrical work (lighting fixtures, outlets, distribution panels, and grounding). * Conduct maintenance and cleaning of equipment, areas, and infrastructure in general. * Prepare structural materials (cutting, assembly, and conditioning as required). * Perform electric arc welding and assist with TIG welding. * Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing tasks. * Provide multiskilled support across various operational activities. * Manage and control assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Prepare material requisitions and basic inventories. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safe working conditions in the work area. * Comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and PPE usage requirements. * Prepare reports and documentation, including photographic evidence of completed work.
