Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Officer for on-site supervision at construction sites, with a focus on occupational safety and health, risk identification, and corrective action implementation. Opportunity for continuation based on performance We are currently seeking an **Occupational Health and Safety Officer** for a project requiring **on-site (field) presence**, oriented toward direct field supervision of critical activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site compliance with **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** regulations. * Conduct daily **5-minute safety talks** for operational staff. * Prepare and validate **Safe Job Analyses (SJAs)** prior to commencement of activities. * Verify proper use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** and safe working conditions. * Supervise high-risk activities: * Work at height * Electrical work * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, applying immediate corrective measures. * Ensure compliance with **Safety Procedures, IPERCs, and work permits**. * Report field-identified incidents and observations. * Coordinate directly with technicians, operators, and site supervisors. **Required Profile:** * Technical education (minimum requirement). * Minimum of **1 year’s experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Officer on construction sites**. * Experience in **high-risk activities (work at height and electrical work)**. * Practical knowledge of OSH regulations in Peru. * Leadership capability in the field and effective communication skills. **Working Conditions:** * Work modality: **On-site (field)**. * Employment type: Service contract. * Payment via professional service invoice. * Immediate availability. **We Offer:** * Participation in demanding and highly responsible projects. * Positive work environment focused on safety. * Opportunity for continuation based on performance. **Application:** Interested candidates must send their CV to the email: **ximena.ramon@gensperu.com** Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
