Your mission will be to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ensuring a safe environment for all our employees nationwide. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Hygiene and Safety, or related fields. * **Specialization:** Postgraduate degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** leading OHS departments, preferably in companies with nationwide branches or in the retail/financial sector. * **Knowledge:** Expert-level knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its amendments. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * **Skills:** Leadership, auditing capability, excellent communication, and results-oriented mindset. **Your main challenges will include:** * Leading the execution of the Annual OHS Plan and Program. * Coordinating and supervising the OHS Committee and election processes. * Managing updates of the **IPERC** matrix and site-specific risk maps. * Supervising investigations of incidents and occupational accidents. * Responding to audits and inspections by regulatory authorities (SUNAFIL). * Developing training programs and promoting a prevention culture across all staff.
