Job Summary: We are seeking a physician to conduct driver’s license and occupational health evaluations, administering and interpreting functional tests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Applicant evaluation for driver’s licenses and occupational health 2. Administration and interpretation of Occupational Health Functional Tests ISA MEDIC is an occupational health and driver’s license clinic; therefore, we are seeking physicians who meet both profiles required by regulations from the Ministry of Health (MINSA) and the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC). Requirements 1. Licensed Medical Surgeon 2. Valid medical license 3. Postgraduate diploma (or master’s degree) in occupational health 4. Medical board registration dated 2022 or earlier (more than three years as a registered physician) Responsibilities - Evaluation of applicants for driver’s licenses and occupational health - Administration and interpretation of Occupational Health Functional Tests Conditions - Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Employment status: Payroll or Fee-for-Service (to be chosen) Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.4,000.00 per day Workplace: On-site employment
