Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Supervisor to manage risk prevention and ensure compliance with OHS regulations at electrical installations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead risk prevention and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management. 2. Ensure compliance with the Annual OHS Plan. 3. Participate in key safety meetings with clients and the team. **OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS) SUPERVISOR** **WHG Solutions S.A.C.**, a company specialized in electrical installations at service stations, is seeking an **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Supervisor** to join its team. **Essential Requirements:** * Documented CV (verifiable certificates and records). * Licensed Engineer. * **Minimum 3 years of experience as an OHS Supervisor or Risk Prevention Officer in high-risk work, preferably in the electrical sector or related fields.** * Specialized course in **Occupational Health and Safety** (minimum 120 hours). * Valid **Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) System Supervisor** course (minimum 4 hours). * Valid **Electrical Hazard Supervisor** course (minimum 8 hours). * Valid **Working at Height Supervisor** course (minimum 8 hours). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the **Risk Prevention (RP) staff**. * Develop, update, and manage **Occupational Health and Safety documentation**. * Conduct **personnel homologation** and control OHS requirements. * Ensure compliance with the **Annual OHS Plan**. * Prepare **safety reports**, inspections, and observation records. * Manage and document **safety inductions, trainings, and campaigns**. * Participate in **safety meetings** with clients and internal teams. * **Willingness to travel nationwide**, as required by the project. * Conduct **field visits when required**, for supervision and verification of working conditions. **Desirable:** * Experience in **service stations (gas stations)**. **Position Type:** Full-time / Permanent **Work Location:** Hybrid mode (office and field, as required) – On-site employment Position Type: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
