Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Officer to manage workplace safety and health, supervise compliance with regulations, and conduct training. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of documents and field permit management **Peruvian company providing electrical and systems installation and maintenance services at fuel stations; we are seeking top talent as an Occupational Safety Officer.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Engineering graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields — mandatory. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Safety Officer (documented). * Experience in high-risk work (electrical, confined spaces, height, etc.). * Specialization, diploma, and/or program in safety, occupational health, and environmental management (minimum 120 hours of training). * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of on-site documents and field permit management (ATS, work permits, checklists, etc.) for work entry. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks. * Supervise and ensure workers use appropriate PPE for each task, and monitor compliance with Safe Work Procedures and work standards. * Knowledge of Safe Work Procedure development and IPERC. * Maintain records of occupational accidents, as well as other mandatory records under the occupational safety and health system. * Support accident/incident investigations. * Conduct inspections, reporting, and staff training. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor related to the position/area’s mission.
