Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Specialist to implement safety systems, identify hazards, supervise safe working conditions, and train staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System 2. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) 3. Staff Training and Daily Safety Talks On behalf of our client—a market leader located in Cerro Colorado \- Arequipa—we are looking for an OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY SPECIALIST. Main Responsibilities: ■ Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System ■ Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) ■ Field supervision of safe working conditions ■ Staff training and daily safety talks (5 minutes) ■ Incident investigation and follow-up on corrective actions Required Profile: ■ Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field ■ Experience in construction projects ■ Knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations Please include your salary expectations.
