Job Summary: We are seeking an Odoo Development Specialist to implement, customize, and maintain technological solutions, automate processes with AI, and provide technical support. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our client — a multinational company specializing in consulting and outsourcing — we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **Odoo Development Specialist.** *What qualifications must I meet?* * Graduate of Systems Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in Python and/or SQL, especially for customizing Odoo code. * Frontend development knowledge (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3\). * Linux server administration. * Intermediate English level (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing Odoo ERP modules, as well as gathering and analyzing functional requirements. * Process automation and AI handling. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Availability to work 100% on-site in San Isidro. *What will be my responsibilities?* * Implement, customize, and maintain technological solutions aligned with business goals and processes. * Develop and implement Odoo ERP modules, automating processes and leveraging AI. * Administer and monitor system performance, including version upgrades, report customization, screen layouts, and module configurations. * Develop and implement Odoo ERP modules, automating processes and leveraging AI. * Analyze functional requirements and develop or adapt necessary modules, as well as customize reporting. * Provide technical leadership by managing internal user support and collaborating on incident resolution. * Python programmer for Odoo platforms across different versions (v.13 and v.17\). *What benefits will I receive?* * Join a company present in 05 countries. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits under the General Enterprise Regime. * 100% covered EPS health insurance.
