Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 1\. Role Summary We seek a dynamic professional with legal knowledge to lead the modernization of our archives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, classifying, digitizing, and safeguarding documentary collections (legal, administrative, and judicial), ensuring traceability and accessibility of information for the legal and administrative departments. 2\. Responsibilities Receive, paginate, classify, and file physical administrative and judicial case files. Execute the digitization process (scanning, indexing, and uploading to systems/cloud), ensuring document quality and legibility. Identify and categorize judicial filings, complaints, and administrative notifications for immediate attention. Draft simple legal documents and official letters, and conduct procedures before courts, notaries, or public entities. Update Excel spreadsheets or management software databases for rapid document retrieval. 3\. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Law studies (minimum 5th semester, ongoing or incomplete). Proficiency in legal terminology and understanding of judicial procedures is essential. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (Archival Assistant, Legal Representative, Legal or Administrative Assistant). * Technical Competencies: o Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel for inventory management). o Experience using digitization tools and cloud-based document management systems (Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox). o Strong technical writing ability and impeccable spelling. 4\. Behavioral Competencies * Legal Judgment: Ability to assess the relevance of legal documents. * Extreme Organization: Detail-oriented to prevent loss or misfiling of procedural documents. * Ethics and Confidentiality: Strict handling of sensitive information. 5\.
